Booking Terms & Conditions

When you request a date through our website we hold it for you for 7 days. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted total secures the booking and is due within 5 business days of your quote. The booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received.

The balance is due 14 days before the event. If you book within 14 days of the event, the full amount is due to confirm the booking.

Payment is by bank transfer to the account on your invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations must be made in writing. If the event is cancelled more than 30 days before the event, 50% of the deposit is forfeited. If it is cancelled 30 to 15 days before the event, 100% of the deposit is forfeited. If it is cancelled 14 to 5 days before the event, 70% of the total plus GST is payable. If it is cancelled less than 5 days before the event, 100% of the total plus GST is payable.

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Your menu, dietary requirements and final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. Changes after that may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

You are responsible for giving us accurate event details, including venue access, setup requirements and guest count. Changes to other event details must reach us at least 2 days before the event.

You are responsible for safe access for our team and equipment, and for any facilities your quote lists as needed on site, such as power, water or preparation space.

Live food stations and station packages are prepared and served by our partner Table & Together. They are booked and invoiced through Rotonda, and these terms cover the whole booking.

We are not liable for issues arising from venue facilities or equipment provided by the client. Damage to our equipment, or to facilities provided by the client, caused by the client or their guests is the client's responsibility.

We are not responsible for food safety once food has been served, or removed from the event by guests.

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters or government restrictions.

We may photograph the food and setup at your event for our own promotion, unless you ask us in writing not to.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
