How do I book pizza catering with Rotonda?

Use the form on this page. It shows you our real availability as you pick a date, works out your quote from your guest count and menu, and puts a seven-day hold on the date there and then. We follow up with the written quote; a deposit confirms it. From there we handle everything — setup, cooking and cleanup on the day.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We reply to every online enquiry as quickly as we can. For urgent bookings, you are welcome to call us on +61 410 109 410 — the form only takes bookings from fourteen days out, and anything sooner we arrange by phone. As for how far ahead to book: as early as you comfortably can. Dates fill up, and once one is taken it is gone, so it is worth getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind.

What areas of Sydney do you cover?

We are based in Meadowbank and service all of Greater Sydney — including the Inner West, North Shore, Western Sydney, South Sydney and as far as Penrith, Camden and Wollongong. Whatever your suburb, your quote is one written figure covering everything, travel included, confirmed before you book. Tell us where your event is and we will price it properly.

What is the minimum number of guests?

Our minimum booking is 20 guests. This applies to all menus and event types. If you are expecting fewer guests, please contact us anyway — in some cases we can arrange an adjusted package. We cater events all the way up to 1,000+ guests, and are happy to discuss the logistics of a large function.
