How do I book pizza catering with Rotonda?
Fill in the quote request form on this page and tell us about your event — date, location, number of guests and menu preference. We will reply within 24 hours with availability and a personalised quote. Once you are happy with the quote, we confirm your booking with a deposit. From there, we handle everything: setup, cooking and cleanup on the day.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to all online enquiries within 24 hours, seven days a week. For urgent bookings, you are welcome to call us directly on +61 0410 109 410 and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. We recommend enquiring at least 4–6 weeks before a weekend event, though we do accept last-minute bookings when availability allows.
What areas of Sydney do you cover?
We are based in Meadowbank and service all of Greater Sydney — including the Inner West, North Shore, Western Sydney, South Sydney and as far as Penrith, Camden and Wollongong. Travel contributions apply for events beyond approximately 40km from our base. When you submit an enquiry, we will confirm whether your suburb is in our standard service zone or if a travel fee applies.
What is the minimum number of guests?
Our minimum booking is 20 guests. This applies to all menus and event types. If you are expecting fewer guests, please contact us anyway — in some cases we can arrange an adjusted package. For very large events of 500+ guests, we have scaled our service to accommodate and are happy to discuss logistics.
